How to place your order

Select the item(s) that you require from our website by clicking the 'Add to Basket' link shown for the item.

Items that you have selected can be reviewed at any time via the 'View Basket' link.

When you have completed your selections click on the 'Checkout' link to complete your order. You will be asked to provide delivery and payment information via secure web pages. Please review your order carefully before submission to avoid problems.

If you make a mistake during ordering please contact us as soon as possible.
If you need to amend your order prior to placing it you may do so on the shopping basket page. Remove items or amend quantities using the controls provided. You may need to refresh the contents of your basket for changes to take effect. If you really get stuck please call or email us.

£4.50 delivery charge per order irrespective of how many items, free delivery for orders over £60.00. We aim to dispatch all goods within 7 days and sent out via DPD. Overseas shipping, including to Northern Ireland, the IOM, and the Channel Islands is calculated differently.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.


Cancellation and returns


We hope you and your dogs are 100% happy with your purchase - but if not we offer a returns policy within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Refunds for the full value of the order are only done if the product is unopened on it’s return - opened products can be returned, but will be weighed and only the portion received back will be refunded.

Return postage is paid for by the customer, except where there is evidence of a faulty or incorrect product being supplied. In those cases, we will send you a free returns label to be used at any DPD pick up stop - please get in touch with us at info@pettreatswholesale.com to discuss this.

We recommend using Royal Mail’s click and drop service to purchase your returns postage.

Although we are usually very quick, please allow up to 14 days after sending your order back to us to allow the returns process to be completed.
